About This Course

If you’re a fitness coach, personal trainer, or gym instructor who wants to work with English-speaking clients, this course is for you. Each class focuses on real situations you’ll face — greeting new clients, assessing their fitness, giving instructions, correcting form, handling scheduling, and more.

Every class includes vocabulary, grammar, interactive exercises, and speaking practice. Work through them in order, or jump to the topics you need most. All materials are free.
